How long is the voucher valid from the date of issue?
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Once expired, the voucher can no longer be used or refunded.
How can I use the voucher?
The voucher must be used in a single transaction. Any remaining balance cannot be refunded or used at a later date.
Is the voucher transferable and where can it be used?
The voucher is issued in the recipient’s name, is non-transferable, and can be used at all Phi Hotels properties.
Can the voucher be combined with other offers or special rates?
The voucher cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or special rates.
Is voucher redemption automatically guaranteed?
Voucher redemption is subject to availability and advance booking and must be confirmed by the hotel.
How should I notify the hotel that I wish to use the voucher?
The voucher must be mentioned at the time of booking, made by phone or email, and presented when the voucher is redeemed.
Is the voucher refundable or can it be exchanged for cash?
The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What happens if I need to modify my booking?
Any booking changes are subject to the policies and terms and conditions of the individual property.
What happens if I lose my voucher?
